Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Wealth Sales & Service Consultant provides in-office client and advisor support to a team of Wealth Advisors, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Working closely with Wealth Support Specialists, Wealth Advisors, Trust Advisors, Investment Strategists, Financial Planners, Wealth Lending, and Wealth Leaders, the teammate helps deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting the achievement of business objectives. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities and requires the ability to effectively manage client needs, advisor requests, operational activities, and risk responsibilities simultaneously. The teammate serves as a key front-office partner, supporting workload management, triaging and delegating operational requests, and providing proactive solutions to clients and advisors. The role requires strong judgment, organizational discipline, adaptability, and the ability to independently prioritize work while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and client service. The teammate may have autonomy to support assigned relationships and clients within established authority limits and is expected to remain current on market conditions, internal priorities, regulatory developments, industry changes, and business strategies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Will serve as the primary point of intake for all requests from assigned team, playing a key front-office role in interfacing with clients and has autonomy to resolve a wide range of internal and external issues. 2. The teammate will oversee and direct workload management, and coordinate various requests through multiple back-office channels, in consultation with assigned team. Additionally, will provide guidance to wealth support specialists in region and serve as onboarding partner/mentor. 3. Proactively provides banking, lending and Trust product support for an average client book containing 250 clients+ 4. Enters and maintains appropriate client records; monitors client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness; maintains appropriate documentation of client transactions; redirects client requests to the wealth solution center as needed to ensure client and advisor requests are fulfilled in a timely manner 5. Respond to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate level of authority, while identifying at-risk relationships with a focus on client retention and opportunities to expand relationship and communicating to the relationship team. May serve as the primary point of contact for clients. 6. Plays an active role in the sales process, including client document review, general correspondence to customers, assists in creation of client presentation material using Microsoft Office Suite and/or other Truist Wealth software, and proactive sales support activities for advisors 7. Oversees client onboarding process, including account opening/closing/maintenance and wires, with a focus on Risk Management and Compliance. Owns onboarding and primary specific maintenance of complex banking products and services, including Trust accounts, Commercial Lending, Treasury & Payment Solutions and complex deposit products 8. Continually renders extraordinarily responsive and personal service to Wealth clients while demonstrating product and procedural mastery. Continues to develop and maintain positive working relationships with various departments and individuals who interface with Wealth clients 9. May train other support teammates on systems, industry knowledge, support processes and procedures. 10. May have indirect supervisory responsibilities for one or more wealth support specialists. 11. Participate in workstreams, committees and councils as needed; provide ongoing feedback for process improvements 12. Can attend client meetings/events 13. Carries a higher standard operational authority (wires, deposit mark-up, overdraft etc.) and for SEG teammates, may provide enhanced financial management services to clients, including coordination with CPAs for tax preparation, working with lawyers / estate planning professionals as needs arise 14. Serves as the local operations leader for their assigned team and may take the lead on operational / administrative projects, including team specific initiatives. 15. Where applicable, Specialty teammates demonstrate mastery in specialty-specific support activities, including servicing a commercial book of business, mastery of treasury services and solutions, and identifying specialty-specific process and service/solution delivery gaps 16. For SEG teammates, serves as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director and assigned clients. Actively maintains and manages working relationships with assigned clients, their business managers or other client affiliated partners engaged in support of the client’s financial needs, continually deepening client relationships by attending industry events and entertaining clients as appropriate 17. For SEG teammates, demonstrates expertise on, and stays abreast of any changes to professional sports player contracts, knowledge of the music and film industries and their complexities, internal product and procedural changes, internal market trends and promotions, and internal new product and service client offerings. Actively shares information with national team. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously with a high attention to detail 3. Flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced team environment with multiple priorities 4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, demonstrating exemplary customer service and professional etiquette 5. Exemplary oral, written, customer service and professional etiquette skills 6. Ability to coach and train teammates within a matrix environment with indirect managerial responsibilities 7. Expert understanding of Banking, Lending, Investment Management and Trust solutions, and Treasury and Payment solutions, Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 2. Seven or more years of experience supporting complex Wealth Management, Sports & Entertainment, or specialty client relationships. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently on behalf of Managing Directors and clients, resolving banking, service, and operational issues with minimal oversight. 4. Proven ability to partner across Wealth, Banking, Operations, Credit, Treasury Services, and other business lines to meet unique client needs and deliver solutions efficiently. 5. Experience supporting SEG Corporate portfolios, including leading deposit onboarding, treasury implementation, and liquidity management structures. 6. Knowledge of investment products, wealth management services, treasury solutions, credit products, and deposit offerings. 7. Previous relationship management, leadership, coaching, or teammate training experience. 8. FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and applicable insurance licenses, preferred.
