This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Operations Planners, Master Schedulers, Material Planners, and global stakeholders while leveraging SAP to optimize supply chain and production processes. How You'll Make an Impact Analyze key Planning & Fulfillment metrics including Inventory, On-time Delivery, Lead Time, Forecast Accuracy, and Resource Utilization to support business performance. Collaborate closely with planning and supply chain teams to improve operational planning processes and share best practices. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly MIS reports covering planning, fulfillment, and inventory management. Maintain and update SAP master data, including information records, moving averages, goods receipt plans, and shortage reports. Manage supplier-related challenges, including non-assigned and newly introduced parts, while supporting container scheduling and material availability planning. Proactively identify potential supply or production risks, escalate concerns, and ensure accurate reporting of critical metrics. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) module. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
