We are looking for an experienced real-time 3D and XR professional to help build next-generation digital twin experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Unity, Unreal Engine, AR/VR, visualization, simulation, or interactive 3D applications who are interested in working with NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive 3D, XR, and digital twin applications Create immersive visualization experiences for industrial, engineering, facility, and enterprise use cases Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, software developers, and engineering teams to build high-quality digital environments Optimize scenes, assets, rendering pipelines, and user experiences for performance and scalability Develop tools, scripts, and workflows to automate content preparation and data integration processes Participate in proof-of-concepts, demos, client workshops, and innovation initiatives around digital twin technologies Learn and contribute to NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD-based workflows as part of project delivery Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience with Unity / Unreal Engine Experience developing interactive 3D, AR/VR, simulation, visualization, gaming, or digital twin applications Understanding of 3D graphics concepts including materials, lighting, rendering, optimization, and asset management Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including designers, artists, and software engineers Strong English communication skills Nice to Have: Knowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse or OpenUSD is a plus, but not required. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
