Sr Specialist - Project Management

Senior Project Manager We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director Delivery Manager . In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver complex, high-impact technology projects that support our business and clients globally. You’ll fit right in if you’re organized, collaborative, and solutions-driven , love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation through completion. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver results. Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success. Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments. Experience using project management tools and methodologies. Nice to Have Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). Postgraduate degree in a related field. Experience with systems integration, architecture, or product development projects. This position will be located in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
