Job Responsibilities: Das Besondere an dieser Position Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Standards des Produktionssystems (Magna Factory System) am Standort Schwäbisch Gmünd Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Werk-, Gruppen- und Konzernziele im Rahmen interner Audits Unterstützung und Begleitung der Fachbereiche bei der Implementierung sowie kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Produktionssystems (KVP) Abstimmung erforderlicher Konzernstandards mit den übergeordneten Fachbereichen Sicherstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Problemlösungsmethoden am Standort Weiterentwicklung des Standorts im Rahmen der 5S-Initiative Umsetzung von Lean-Standards gemäß dem Produktionssystem (MAFACT) Professionelles Office-Management sowie Unterstützung von Werksleitung und Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft Inhaltliche und formale Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen einschließlich Recherche und Datenanalyse Organisation, Vorbereitung und Koordination von Meetings und Veranstaltungen sowie Erstellung und Nachbereitung von Besprechungsprotokollen Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache Mitarbeit bei standortübergreifenden Sonderthemen und Projekten Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Production bzw.
