Job Description Support Production Engineers in developing and optimizing assembly sequences and operator work instructions during production trials by conducting process audits and implementing documentation updates as needed. Assist in the creation, validation, and maintenance of Quality Assurance documentation related to fastening torque specifications and electrical connections. Support the validation and upkeep of Process Control Charts and Product Quality Assurance Charts to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Collect, analyze, and track critical measurement point data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with New Model, Current Model, and Equipment Engineers to implement production aids and equipment that enhance manufacturing safety, quality, and ergonomics, including creating technical drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor. Assist in aligning Bills of Material (BOM) with operator work instructions to ensure production accuracy and efficiency. Support part and process change management activities during production trials, model launches, and ongoing manufacturing operations. Participate in Virtual Reality (VR) CAD studies to evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, and ergonomic considerations. Assist with 3D modeling, prototyping, and the creation of 3D-printed components to support engineering and manufacturing projects. Who We’re Looking for: Required: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Academic standing of Sophomore level or higher. GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.) If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
