DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and communicate a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes Design IT systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures Manage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle Establish and implement sustainable digital strategies in line with the organization's sustainable IT strategy and ambition Ensure that the entire service provides the value and benefits that meet the users’ needs and the desired outcomes of the organization, balancing the user needs and the business needs Understand and assess business situations, drivers and goals to define them as business and user needs. Discover and identify customer requirements and emerging needs, and develop optimized solutions or recommendations to address these delivering delightful customer experience KPIs: Architecture Stability Robustness of solution recommendation to cater to business requirements defined in the foreseeable future (3-5 years); avoidance of the need for major re-architecture efforts post solution implementation unless driven by a significant change in business requirements and strategy Architecture Integrity Compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards, principles and best practices during solutioning; avoidance of interim solutions/workarounds Solution Quality Functional and technical compliance to capability requirements; avoidance of solution gaps Continuous Improvement Continuously build and improve processes, tools and methodology to strengthen relationships and communication, solution development and delivery, success metrics and feedback loops Top 3-5 Deliverables: Systems Landscape Diagram Architecture Blueprint Architecture Heatmap Architecture Roadmap Solution on a Page / High-Level Solution Application Portfolio Catalog System Interaction Diagram Technical Calendar What We Offer Opportunity for career growth and development in the #1 FinTech company in the country Working with a dynamic and highly collaborative team who want to change the game A company that values their people with highly competitive and flexible compensation and benefits package
