We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel & Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand and strengthen our partner ecosystem across APAC. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing and growing strategic partnerships that increase market reach, drive services revenue and accelerate customer adoption. The successful candidate will bring an extensive network within asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure or industrial sectors. They will leverage these relationships to open new opportunities, recruit high-value consulting and implementation partners, and enable existing partners to grow their capabilities through certification and service delivery. This is a highly relationship-driven role requiring a commercially astute individual with a strong industry reputation, the ability to influence senior stakeholders and a proven track record of building successful partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the channel and partner strategy to support long-term revenue growth. Identify, recruit and onboard new strategic partners, including consulting firms, advisory organisations, systems integrators and specialist service providers. Leverage an established industry network to create new partnership opportunities within asset-intensive industries including utilities, oil & gas, mining and infrastructure. Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase engagement, services capability and revenue contribution. Drive partner participation in certification and accreditation programs to expand delivery capacity and improve customer outcomes. Work collaboratively with Sales, Professional Services, Marketing and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives. Build partner business plans, establish growth targets and monitor performance against agreed objectives. Support partners throughout the sales lifecycle by identifying opportunities, facilitating introductions and providing strategic guidance. Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and networking forums to increase market presence and develop strategic relationships. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. About You You are a highly connected business development professional who thrives on building trusted relationships and creating commercial opportunities through strategic partnerships. Rather than simply managing existing channels, you enjoy opening doors, expanding networks and developing long-term alliances that deliver mutual success. You will bring: Proven experience building and growing partner ecosystems, alliances or channel programs. Strong network across asset-intensive industries such as utilities, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure or industrial sectors. Experience working with consulting firms, advisory organisations, systems integrators or technology partners. Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit and develop new strategic partners. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence executives and senior decision-makers. Experience developing partner enablement initiatives, including certification, training or capability programs. Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to executing growth initiatives. Exceptional communication, relationship-building and presentation skills. Preferred Background Experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, digital transformation or enterprise asset management environments. Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, alliance management or business development. Established relationships across organisations servicing utilities, energy, oil & gas, mining or other asset-intensive industries. Demonstrated success in creating partnerships that drive services growth and expand market reach.
