This position's main purpose is to sell the guest a trial membership program (Discovery); which allows the client to experience Club Wyndham firsthand. How You'll Shine Conduct digital survey regarding guests' experience and present the Discovery program professionally, with the goal of selling guests the Club Wyndham Discovery program. Answer all guests’ questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate. When a guest purchases, you will prepare a digital worksheet including all required information. Answer all post sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow all company and department policies and procedures. Complete any other assigned duties as requested by manager. What You'll Bring Must have proven sales experience. Must have the applicable Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or the ability to obtain one. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently. Initial Paid Training covering our Discovery sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale. General smart device skills. Excellent communication skills. Must maintain production standards and meet the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates. Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
