Job Description This Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position perfectly embodies that ambition, as a vital member of the Customer Business Team (CBT). The CSM is a key player to help drive profitable growth through improved planning, forecasting, gross margin & market share delivery across our national footprint. The CSM will also develop business strategies to drive growth while ensuring coordinated cross-functional value is delivered internally across the customer team. They will lead implementation of new and existing CBT routine and rituals. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead collaborations with Business Unit counterparts to ensure our team is driving strategy Effectively partner with the Field sales, Finance and RGMX to measurably improve our planning and forecasting performance. Owning the delivery of Innovation launch with the customer and working with Cross-functional team to deliver upon our commitments Lead monthly forecasting routine to delivery consistent results Lead implementation of forecast bias routine with monthly share outs with CBT leadership team Achieve trade plan objectives on both working and non-working trade spends to maximize ROI Driver strategic national priorities to win during key seasonal time frames Expected Experience & Required Skills Instructions : Strong financial acumen, intellectual curiosity and clear examples of advanced analytical skills Has ability & experience using syndicated and other data to build category and brand insights, recommendations and business plans to influences customer decisions to achieve category objectives. Strong attention to details under tight deadlines; able to work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with potential to negotiate and influence effectively Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of and ability to learn new systems such as IRI, Spark, etc. Work Environment & Schedule This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office . New Hire Base Salary Range: $104,200.00 - $130,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
