Software Developer - Coupa1 Job Description: We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in the Coupa platform to support ongoing production support activities and system enhancements . The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for the Coupa platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement appropriate solutions. Develop and implement enhancements, configurations, and customizations within Coupa to support evolving business needs. Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of tickets, defects, and user requests . Collaborate with integration teams to support and maintain Coupa integrations with other enterprise systems . Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities for new features and enhancements. Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines for support and development activities. Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance processes . Required Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience working with the Coupa platform , including configuration and support. Strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and system troubleshooting . Ability to work closely with business teams and end users to translate requirements into solutions. Experience working in support and enhancement projects in an enterprise environment. Good understanding of procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows within Coupa. Preferred Skills: Knowledge or experience with Zip (procurement intake and orchestration platform) will be an added advantage. Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
