Senior Visual Design Lead1 Jade Global is looking for a Senior Visual Design Lead who can elevate our global brand presence across marketing, sales, and thought leadership assets. This role goes beyond production design. We are looking for a strategic visual storyteller who understands B2B technology narratives and can translate complex enterprise solutions into compelling visual experiences. You will work closely with global marketing, content leaders, and service-line teams to design high-impact brand assets including capability decks, RFP presentations, solution fact sheets, thought leadership content, and campaign experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft, brand thinking, and AI-driven creative workflows to deliver high-quality marketing assets at scale while maintaining a consistent and modern brand voice. Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Storytelling Translate complex enterprise technology messaging into clear, compelling visual narratives . Lead the design of brand-critical assets including capability decks, solution decks, RFP presentations, and thought leadership reports. Create high-quality fact sheets, whitepapers, case studies, and executive presentations aligned to brand standards. Build visual storytelling frameworks that support demand generation, industry campaigns, and solution marketing. Brand Systems & Design Excellence Contribute to the evolution of Jade Global’s brand guidelines, visual systems, and templates . Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual identity across all marketing and sales assets. Elevate the quality of marketing design across teams by introducing modern layouts, storytelling structures, and visual frameworks. Campaign & Digital Creative Design visual assets for digital campaigns, webinars, social media, landing pages, and marketing programs . Create infographics, explainer visuals, and motion snippets to simplify enterprise technology concepts. Partner with marketing leaders to develop high-impact campaign creatives. AI-Enabled Design Workflows Actively leverage AI tools for ideation, layout exploration, image generation, and presentation development . Experiment with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Gamma, and other AI design platforms to accelerate creative production. Use prompt-driven design workflows to enhance speed and creativity. Collaboration & Creative Leadership Work closely with marketing leaders, content strategists, product marketing, and sales teams . Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and design sprints . Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, quality, and brand consistency. Skills & Qualifications Experience 6–15 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or marketing design . Strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or enterprise consulting environments . Design & Creative Skills Strong portfolio demonstrating: Capability decks and executive presentations Enterprise marketing assets Thought leadership reports Brand storytelling Design Tools Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma or collaborative design platforms . AI-Driven Design Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or similar. Experience using AI-powered presentation tools such as Gamma or Tome. Strong curiosity around AI-enabled creative workflows and prompt-driven design. Additional Skills Excellent storytelling instincts and visual hierarchy skills. Strong understanding of enterprise marketing design and brand systems . Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
