Job Description What is the opportunity? The Team Leader, Cash Services is responsible for coaching and developing a cash services team, driving process improvements, mitigating risks, and enhancing the client experience. As a Team Leader, this role assumes expanded authority equivalent to Centre Manager responsibilities (including operational oversight and critical decision-making), while retaining core Team Leader accountabilities. What will you do? Responsible for overall team results as measured through established Benchmarks and addressing unmet expectations by implementing Individual Performance Improvement Plans. Supports applicable product and process knowledge for the team and provide a clear line of sight for the client experience, while monitoring the execution of Cash Services processes to ensure adherence to operational risk, compliance and AML requirements i.e. PPL, Access Manager, DOAs, UARG, UFC, AML, BCP, Expenses, Custody, Internal Audit and RCM. Empowering a diverse and talented team, delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. Act as Manager in Charge, overseeing daily operations, facility opening/closing protocols, and ensuring business continuity while maintaining risk mitigation standards. Escalate client/service partner issues as a priority, resolving at source where possible and referring to Manager Operations as required. Responsible for risk identification evaluation, continuous monitoring, effective controls, and escalation disciplines are in place to mitigate reputational, financial and operational risk. Contributing to a Future Ready Workforce by development of direct reports through regular side-by-side observational coaching sessions, one on one, semi-annual & year-end performance assessments.
