Drawbench Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Description: Drawing and producing solid wire for packaging according to Route Card / process sheet and production schedule requirements. Operate safely and identif y , report, and correct unsafe situations . Follow process specifications for machine setup and production . Complete machine setup, change over, and troubleshooting in a timely manner . Perform specified quality checks including visual inspections. Enter data in Route Card including quality checks and product specification . Place nonconforming products on hold. Report maintenance issues as they arise. Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack. Perform restock and housekeeping. Read and follow production schedule. Willing to train on and operate other machines / processes, as necessary. Run multiple machines simultaneously. Monitor multiple liquid tanks for appropriate fill level and temperature. Qualifications Training on applicable Draw Bench machinery is preferred. Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required . Able to safely load / unload reel s in and out of machine. Able to meet / exceed specified production rates . Possess an excellent quality record. Able to work overtime when required . Able to meet expectations for safety, attendance, and time management . Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and team working skills. Able to work continuously in a non- climate-controlled environment . Compensation Information: .
