O Analista de Banco de Dados Especialista Sênior é a referência técnica máxima para a arquitetura, sustentação, segurança e evolução dos ecossistemas de banco de dados corporativos. O profissional será responsável por garantir a resiliência, alta disponibilidade, desempenho e governança de ambientes de missão crítica On-Premises e Cloud, cobrindo desde plataformas relacionais de alta volumetria (Oracle/Exadata, Postgres, MySQL) e bancos gerenciados em Nuvem (AWS RDS) até tecnologias NoSQL e distribuídas de baixa latência (MongoDB, ScyllaDB). What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Desenhar e sustentar arquiteturas complexas e de alta disponibilidade em ecossistemas de missão crítica (Ex: Oracle RAC/Data Guard em plataformas Exadata , AWS RDS/Aurora Multi-Region , clusters Postgres/Patroni e MySQL ). Projetar, otimizar e manter ambientes NoSQL de escala global e baixa latência ( MongoDB Replica Sets/Sharded Clusters e clusters ScyllaDB para processamento massivo em tempo real). Definir e validar planos de Disaster Recovery (DR), garantindo RPO e RTO rígidos para suportar os momentos de pico operacional da companhia (ex: datas comemorativas e fechamentos). Sustentação, Desempenho e Tuning Avançado Atuar como Nível 3 (escalonamento máximo) na resolução de incidentes críticos (P1/S1), liderando a análise de causa raiz ( Root Cause Analysis - RCA). Executar Troubleshooting e Tuning de alta complexidade em múltiplos motores (análise de plano de execução, indexing para relacional e documentos, reescrita de queries, gestão de locks e otimização de Exadata Smart Scan / I/O Resource Manager ). Definir e auditar estratégias de Backup & Recovery (RMAN, snapshots RDS, ferramentas nativas de MongoDB/ScyllaDB) com testes automatizados de Restore . Governança, FinOps e Segurança Implementar práticas de segurança, criptografia ( TDE / Data at Rest / In Transit ), mascaramento de dados e rígido controle de acessos (RBAC/IAM) em conformidade com a LGPD e auditorias corporativas. Atuar em conjunto com o time de FinOps/SAM para otimização de custos em instâncias AWS RDS e alocação eficiente de licenças e capacidade em máquinas Exadata e clusters NoSQL. Quais os Requisitos? Ensino Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação, MBA ou certificações em Cloud/Data Architecture (Diferencial). Relacionais On-Premises & Engineered Systems: Sólida experiência na administração e arquitetura de Oracle Database com vivência prática em Exadata (RAC, Data Guard, RMAN), além de PostgreSQL e MySQL . Cloud Databases: Domínio em serviços de banco de dados gerenciados na AWS (RDS, Aurora) . NoSQL & Distributed Databases: Experiência com MongoDB (Indexação, Agregações, Sharding) e ScyllaDB (ou Cassandra — modelagem orientada a colunas, consistência distribuída e baixa latência). Tuning & Diagnóstico: Leitura avançada de AWR/ASH/ADDM no Oracle, pg_stat_statements no Postgres, bem como análise de métricas de performance em MongoDB e ScyllaDB. Resolução de Problemas sob Pressão: Capacidade analítica para isolar gargalos em arquiteturas heterogêneas e híbridas durante cenários de indisponibilidade. Visão Sistêmica e Híbrida: Habilidade para discernir quando utilizar um banco Relacional (ACID/Transacional) versus NoSQL (Alta vazão/Baixa latência). Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
