Key Responsibilities Process inbound and outbound shipping documents and enter data into systems with accuracy. Communicate load status, schedules, and issues with Walmart, carriers, and internal teams. Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and basic office tasks. Support yard management and appointment scheduling as needed. Provide excellent customer service to drivers, customers, and coworkers. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred. Proficient with MS Office; TMS or WMS experience a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts as needed.
