Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Respiratory Care, health sciences, health administration, business administration, or related field. 2 years Experience in a respiratory therapy leadership role. and 5 years Experience as a Respiratory Therapist Basic computer skills. Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 180 Days CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care within 2 Years RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care Upon Hire Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Respiratory Care, health sciences, health administration, business administration, or related field. 2 years Respiratory therapy leadership role in an acute care setting.
