Job Description Technical Leadership - Lead the Structures discipline across India and GDC for B+C. - Provide technical direction on complex structural engineering assignments. - Establish engineering best practices and design standards. - Ensure technical excellence across all structural deliverables. - Ensure the on-time delivery, quality compliance, budget adherence and client satisfaction Business Development Partner with business to: - Support proposals and bids. - Prepare technical methodologies. - Develop fee estimates. - Participate in client presentations. - Support key pursuits. - Build client confidence through technical leadership. - Identify new business opportunities within Buildings & Cities. Resource Management - Develop resource plans aligned with business forecasts. - Manage utilization across India and GDC. - Participate in hiring senior technical resources. - Optimize project staffing. Financial Management - Support financial performance through: - Resource optimization - Margin improvement - Fee estimation - Cost control - Productivity improvement - Forecasting - Contribute towards achieving business profitability targets. Stakeholder Management People Management Enhance the existing team further to deliver domestic core structure design projects.
