Line of Business: Cement & White Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. • Respond to equipment issues and complete repairs promptly. • Work with plant personnel to improve equipment performance and reliability. • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and maintenance standards. What Are We Looking For • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to identify and solve equipment problems. • Ability to safely maintain and repair industrial equipment. • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. • Good communication skills and a collaborative work style. • Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals, diagrams, and instructions. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
