About the role: You will lead strategic sales efforts for issuing solutions, driving revenue growth across new and existing clients. You’ll focus on expanding market share, building executive relationships, and delivering complex payment solutions that solve client challenges. Success is measured by pipeline growth, deal conversion, and long-term client value. You act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to client goals and regulatory requirements. What you will be doing: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract execution Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers Identify client needs and align issuing solutions to business objectives and growth targets Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue attainment against targets Lead client presentations, solution demonstrations, and executive-level discussions Navigate regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations in payment and issuing solutions Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client insights to identify growth opportunities Mentor and guide team members, contributing to a high-performance sales culture What you bring: Demonstrated experience selling complex financial technology or payment solutions with proven ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles Experience selling issuing products and services, card management solutions, or payment processing platforms Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills Expertise in payments, issuing, or card processing ecosystems Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM disciplineExcellent communication and presentation skills across business and technical audiences Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial services What we offer you: At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
