About the role As our Innovation group continues to grow, we're excited to offer a new full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced project or programme delivery professional to join us as a Digital Enablement Manager in Sydney or Melbourne . This newly created role will be central to delivering the firm's AI enablement strategy, working at the intersection of innovation, technology and business operations to drive high-impact initiatives that transform how our people work. You’ll lead the delivery of the ecosystem that enables AI platforms and solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Harvey and in-house AI agents to integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, knowledge platforms and business workflows. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll coordinate multiple technical AI enablement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring new capabilities are integrated, tested, governed and ready for deployment at scale. Working closely with Product, Technology, Security, Risk and business stakeholders, you'll manage implementation plans, testing environments, vendor engagement and enterprise integrations, helping to deliver AI solutions safely and effectively. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of AI platform integrations, connectors and enterprise capabilities across platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, in-house agentic solutions and other emerging AI platforms Coordinate implementation plans, testing environments, pilot programs and proof-of-concept deployments to support the successful rollout of new AI capabilities Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI enablement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, timeline, quality and operational readiness requirements Partner with Technology, Security, Risk, Legal and Product teams to support governance, compliance, deployment readiness and enterprise adoption Establish and manage the environments required to evaluate, test and deploy new AI products and capabilities across the firm Support vendor evaluation, due diligence, procurement and onboarding activities for new technology and AI solutions Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes, providing clear reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure AI solutions deliver practical business value and user impact About You We're looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing people together to achieve outcomes. You'll bring: 5 plus years' experience in project management, programme delivery, technology implementation or digital transformation Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups Strong planning, organisation and delivery management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across technical and business teams Experience working with technology, security, governance, risk or compliance stakeholders A proactive, self-sufficient approach and strong attention to detail The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities in a rapidly changing technology landscape An interest in AI, emerging technologies and innovation, with a passion for turning ideas into practical business outcomes Why work with us?
