Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for stock count (physical count, reconciliation and process inventory adjustment) with co-work with 3PL Collaborate with 3PL for import damage, exceptional cases and physical goods discard/inventory write off Collaborate with QA on damage goods, vendor certification, product return, product on hold and recall process (for 4PL business) Vendor (Forwarder, customs broker, Inland tricking) management to enhance the effectiveness including monthly payment settlement Operation synergy enhancement through strong cooperation with business counterpart Budgeting annual cost for import freight and 3PL (local logistics) cost and its monitoring bi monthly Responsible for custom clearance process including LC process with specific account Responsible for supervision of receiving, storage, internal/external transportation of batch related, miscellaneous, and other materials Responsible for monthly report generation such as billing report, Vendor KPI, internal KPI, freight of cost element Customer order management and monitoring Support to resolve supply issues through appropriate communication with stakeholders Manage transportation and logistics between supplier (origin, Shipper) and warehouse(local destination) through data of shipping documents and etc. Qualifications: Knowledge of SCM cost and logistics functions (import process, international trading, warehouse, distribution) Must have strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to set and meet business plan and target. Strategic analytical skills & Good communication skills for smooth process of making shipment, complaints, persuasions to sales/marketing & suppliers Good decision-making skills to select best solution for trouble shooting Fluent English skills for both verbal and writte Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree required.
