Strategic Channel Management : Lead the day-to-day management and handle sales operation of both B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts to drive sell-through, maximize Sony sales share, shelf presence, and enhance brand activation in the retail space. Corporate Account Development (B2B) : Proactively cultivate and manage a portfolio of key B2B system integrators / corporate clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand Sony’s footprint in the corporate solutions market. Strategic Planning & Execution : Assist in developing and implementing channel sales strategies that align with Sony’s regional growth objectives. Market Intelligence : Conduct deep-dive analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to provide actionable insights that capture market share. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the primary point of contact between internal marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless "customer-first" experience for all partners. Performance Optimization : Track and report on key KPIs, providing data-backed recommendations to optimize sales performance and program profitability. What a successful candidate looks like? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in Channel/Key Account Management within the consumer electronics or tech industry. Demonstrated experience in B2B corporate account management is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage. Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proactive, professional approach. Comfortable presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makers. Strong ability to interpret sales data (e.g., sell-through, inventory turns) to drive strategic improvements. Candidates demonstrating advanced leadership capability and a strong track record of success will be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
