Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Employee Relations Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Cook Children's Manager of Employee Relations leads the day-to-day operations of our Employee Relations team. In this role, you will provide leadership to Employee Relations Representatives responsible for supporting workplace concerns, employee relations matters, and policy guidance. Also, you will ensure employee relations issues are addressed consistently, timely, and in accordance with organizational policies, employment practices, and applicable laws. As the Manager, you will: provide consultation on complex or escalated employee relations matters oversee case management and investigations support leaders in addressing workplace issues promote. consistent employee relations practices across the organization. In this role, you develop team capability, monitor case quality and service delivery, identify trends and emerging risks, and partner with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and organizational leaders to support effective workplace practices. Qualifications: 5 years of experience working in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources Business Partner support, workplace investigations, or a related Human Resources function, including experience independently managing complex employee relations matters required Experience providing functional leadership, project leadership, team coordination, or formal people leadership is required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field required About Us: Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
