Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: As part of the Digital Category Experience team, you play a critical role in driving category-level revenue, strengthening customer conversion, and accelerating long-term digital growth on Lowes.com. The team is focused on delivering insights, optimizing digital experiences, and identifying high-impact opportunities that materially improve business performance. As a Sr Analyst - BA, your work directly shapes category growth outcomes and enables partners across merchandising, SEO, product, and marketing to make data-driven decisions. Your daily responsibilities include: 1. AOP Attainment & Performance Management Monitor key business metrics (AOV, conversion, traffic, revenue, margin) and track performance against AOP targets. Own the analytical and performance levers required to meet — and consistently exceed — AOP targets for the business. Identify performance gaps proactively and conduct detailed root-cause analyses to understand underlying issues. Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to provide real-time visibility into category and business performance. Deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations that directly influence performance improvement and business outcomes 2. Strategic Thought Leadership Run deep-dive analyses across funnels, customer behavior, product trends and category performance to uncover new growth opportunities. Support development of KPI frameworks, measurement approaches and analytical models that strengthen decision-making across teams. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market studies to identify external trends, best practices, and strategic opportunities. Analyze A/B experiments and initiative outcomes, quantifying impact and translating insights into clear business recommendations. 3. Analytics & Problem Solving Excellence Perform robust P&L, GMV, revenue and margin analyses to influence strategic and operational decisions. Use SQL, Python and BI tools to extract, transform and analyze data with high accuracy and efficiency. Develop forecasting models, segmentation frameworks and business models to support planning, prioritization and growth. Create scalable analytical methodologies and data frameworks that elevate the organization’s overall analytical capability. 3. Project Ownership & Execution Own analytical projects end-to-end — from problem definition and data extraction to insights, recommendations and stakeholder alignment. Execute recurring and calendarized analytical workstreams with discipline, ensuring timelines, quality and accuracy are consistently met. Identify risks or potential shortfalls early; assess implications and propose clear, data-backed mitigation strategies. Deliver high-quality outputs that influence decisions and contribute meaningfully to business objectives. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product, category, marketing, finance and operations teams to embed insights into strategic and operational workflows. Support cross-functional initiatives through deep analysis, structured documentation and clear business recommendations. Collaborate on business cases, opportunity assessments and performance diagnostics to accelerate decision-making. Ensure cross-team alignment on priorities, timelines and analytical inputs that support shared outcomes. 5. Communication & Influence Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured and business-ready format. Synthesize complex analyses into concise narratives tailored for product, business and leadership audiences. Maintain transparency and clarity on timelines, deliverables and insights through ongoing communication. Provide context, implications and recommended actions to drive confident, data-driven decisions. 6. Light Mentorship & Support Offer analytical guidance and support to junior team members when needed. · Share best practices, review analytical work for quality and contribute to raising the team’s overall analytical bar. Help foster a culture of rigor, curiosity and continuous improvement within the analytics community II. Required Skill Set 1. Technical skills : Excel SQL Python/R Any visualization tool 2.
