This role is responsible for optimizing marketing automation technologies and campaigns to enable communication with students throughout their lifecycle. The position ensures the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of automated marketing campaigns and workflows, identifying and resolving errors while verifying audience segmentation to ensure communications reach the intended audiences. This is a regular full-time position working with our Marketing Team out of our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Quality Assurance Conduct QA checks on all outgoing communications for Email and Engagement team campaigns, including: Audience segmentation Smart lists Links and link tracking Content optimization Alignment with ticket requests Test and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Analyze audiences to identify optimization opportunities. Partner closely with Email and Engagement teams to support technical needs.
