Job Summary: Designs and assists customers in the design of semi-custom Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and board level systems. Principal Responsibilities: Architects, codes, synthesizes, simulates, tests and debugs electronic systems. Provides estimates for completion of tasks and activities. Understands customer’s business and technical objectives to determine the optimum tools, devices, and methods the company can offer to assist in the achievement of those objectives. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
