Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer. Essential Duties Design and delivery of instruction for day, evening, and weekend classes. Responsible for student assessment and grading. Maintains adequate on-campus presence. Provides timely communication with students, staff, and administrators of the College. Rate of Pay $875 per credit hour Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution is a plus. Demonstrated teaching ability is the top priority. Instructional experience and leadership experience at a community college is a priority. Ability to use an on-line platform. On-line delivery of instruction, use of technology for instruction, and experience or interest in project based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning will be given special consideration.
