YOUR ROLE As an Advanced Software Engineer – Simulation Team Lead , you will lead the development and delivery of simulation solutions used to validate ADAS and Autonomous Driving systems. This role combines technical leadership, team mentoring, scrum responsibilities, and hands-on software development to drive successful project execution and innovation. Key Responsibilities · Lead and mentor a team of simulation engineers while driving technical excellence · Own sprint planning, scrum activities, and technical delivery commitments · Design, develop, and maintain simulation software on Windows and Linux platforms · Lead integration of ADAS and Autonomous Driving algorithms into simulation environments · Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives YOUR BACKGROUND · 6–9 years of software development experience with advanced C++ expertise · Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and Software Architecture · Experience with CAN, UDP, and automotive communication systems · Automotive and ADAS domain experience with exposure to camera/radar-based systems preferred · Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery WHY JOIN US? · You can grow at Aptiv.
