The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our diverse environment to drive innovation and efficiency. This position requires a blend of front-end and back-end development expertise, with a strong emphasis on creating seamless, scalable, and robust solutions. The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain deliverables that meet the evolving needs of our organization. Successful candidates will be part of a scrum team working on feature design and development, automation, testing, and deployments. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain product baselines using Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery best practices • Leverage broad knowledge across a variety of technologies to deliver and maintain product increments across different security domains • Work closely with development and engineering teammates, and stakeholders to deploy solutions and advanced concepts • Ensure integration between core technologies to enable seamless data flow, scalability, and functionality • Support technical meetings with customers and stakeholders to propose designs and negotiate acceptance criteria • Create the necessary documentation to support the Agile life cycle (e.g., design, architecture, user stories, acceptance criteria) • Performing troubleshooting efforts and incident resolution Qualifications: Required: • An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years without related degree) • Security+ (or equivalent IAT Level II) is required, or be obtained within 1 month of start • Proficiency in front-end technologies [e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)] • Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) • Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Experience with configuration management processes (e.g., Git) • Experience with Agile software development methodologies • Experience with Amazon Web Services and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration technologies • Familiarity working in Linux Operating Systems • Experience developing analysis of alternatives, process improvement documents, design documentation, and presentations to brief results and recommendations • Experience working with multiple teams coordinating various integration projects • Demonstrated initiative and ability to start, develop, and complete short and long-term projects Desired: • Experience with ServiceNow development and administration using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and modules such as IRM, SecOps and CAM • Ability to leverage scripting languages to speed deployments • Experience deploying, maintaining and optimizing PostgreSQL databases • Experience with identity management, access, and authorization solutions (e.g., PKI, LDAP, SAML) • Experience with REST, microservices, containers, and other architecture styles • Experience with Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as Code, and Behavior and/or Test Driven development • Demonstrated experience with agile development practices, including Agile Scrum methodology • Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance • Understanding of network technologies • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
