We’re hiring a Sr. Sales Specialist, Fusion Territory to break into these accounts, build demand, and close meaningful Fusion business. This is a full-cycle, entrepreneurial role. You will be assigned a curated list of large accounts selected for their Fusion potential. Some already use Fusion in limited ways; others are net new. In every case, you own the process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close. You build the Fusion footprint from the ground up. Learn more here: https://www.autodesk.com/careers/sales Responsibilities Expand Fusion customer accounts by finding high leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLM Run end to end virtual sales cycles - Qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and close Build targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate lift Work closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validation Partner with the land team so customers experience consistent strategy and clean handoffs Multi thread inside accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentum Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools Share insights, patterns, and repeatable plays that help the expansion team scale faster Minimum Qualifications Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetings Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business.
