Overall purpose: This is an exciting opportunity supporting a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Cigna International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) – Transformation Office. As part of the Cigna IH Customer, Client and Provider Experience team, the Senior Automation Test Engineer (UAT) , reporting to the Transformation Office UAT Lead, will be responsible for designing, developing, executing and maintaining automated testing solutions that support the delivery of high-quality digital and business capabilities across the International Health Transformation portfolio. The role will primarily focus on automation engineering for React-based and enterprise applications, automated regression testing, E2E, CI/CD integration, defect analysis and selective manual UAT support where business validation is required. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, QA, Business, Scrum and Transformation Office teams to ensure functionality, usability, business acceptance criteria and release readiness are effectively validated. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
