Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: As the Associate Manger for Cleaning Category Sales Planning you will partner closely with both internal (Business Unit [BU] & cross functional partners] and external stakeholders (Field Sales & Retailers) in delivering both near term and further out (1-3 year) growth plans for the Scentiva platform. In this role, you will: Drive the Business : Contributes to business planning for the Cleaning BU. Works with cross-functional partners and Customer/ Field teams to bring the Sales perspective into the BU. Partner in developing & deploy broader Scentiva/ scent strategy across Cleaning segments. Customer and Category Support : Provides input into Cleaning Business Plan, while integrating customer plans as appropriate. Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities. Lead sales input process for core business activities including innovation and forecasting. Multi-year Growth Plans: Work with cross functional partners for assigned business Multi-Year-Plan (MYP) sufficiency to build/ identify drivers to achieve plan sufficiency. Collaborate with Customer Sales Planning/ Field to incorporate MYP into retailer/customer plans. Financial Acumen : Accountable for forecasting distribution; velocity; trade & shopper marketing needs. Directly impacting incremental Net Sales (iNCS), Gross Margin, and Profit. NRM Planning (Full Scope NRM, incl. Pricing) : Support NRM process with Sales functional input and management of work chartered Culture : Contribute to team culture, inclusion diversity equity & allyship and engagement.
