What We're Looking For: We are seeking a results-driven and market-savvy Territory Account Manager to lead our POS (Point of Sale) and Kiosk solutions expansion in the India market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in the retail, Grocery Chain Store, CVS, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), and Food & Beverage (F&B) sectors. The ideal candidate must bring proven sales track records, an established customer base, deep market intelligence, and strong professional sales acumen to accelerate our market penetration and achieve ambitious sales targets. 1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the India retail, QSR/F&B, and brand/grocery chain store markets, focusing on POS systems, self-service kiosks, and related hardware/software solutions. 2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (including national retail chains, CVS, regional QSR brands, and F&B operators) while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. 3. Leverage your existing customer base in the target sectors to generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close high-value sales deals. 4. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to local market needs (e.g., compliance with India retail standards, payment system integrations). 5. Conduct in-depth market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor strategies (pricing, product offerings, market share), and customer pain points; provide actionable insights on existing market players, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), SIs (System Integrators), and VARs (Value-Added Resellers) in India to shape regional sales strategy. 6. Build and manage strategic partnerships with key ISVs, SIs, and VARs in India ecosystem to expand distribution channels and drive co-selling opportunities. 7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability. 8. Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets for revenue, new customer acquisition, and market share growth. 9. Coordinate with the customer success team/Pre-sales engineering team to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support, fostering long-term customer loyalty. 10.
