Senior Contracts Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Create, review, and negotiate complex agreements, ensuring favourable terms for the organization while complying with legal requirements. Manage the full contract process, including amendments, renewals, and terminations. Identify potential legal risks, ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Track vendor performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, ensuring timely deliverables. Maintain accurate, organized records of all contracts and provide reports on contract status and performance. Mediate disagreements or misunderstandings between parties to avoid litigation and maintain productive relationships. Deliver cost savings through vendor management. Improve efficiency in the contracting process. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of contract law, liability, and intellectual property. Ability to negotiate complex terms with external partners. Meticulous review of documents to avoid errors or legal issues. Effective interpersonal skills to liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, commercial) and external stakeholders.
