About The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, operational excellence, and business growth across PwC Consulting Indonesia. This role sits at the intersection of strategy execution, business operations, and leadership support. As a trusted partner to the Consulting Leadership Team, you will help drive strategic priorities, improve operational effectiveness, and enable collaboration across multiple Consulting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams within Indonesia. You will work closely with Consulting Partners, Directors, and internal stakeholders to support business planning, performance management, talent initiatives, and practice operations, ensuring the Consulting practice remains aligned, scalable, and positioned for sustainable growth. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Focused on Driving PwC Consulting Indonesia Strategy and Operations Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the PwC Consulting Indonesia Leadership Team. Support the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic priorities and business initiatives across the Consulting practice. Coordinate leadership meetings, track key actions, and ensure timely execution of strategic and operational initiatives. Develop management reports, business dashboards, and performance insights to support leadership decision-making. Support annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and practice performance management activities. Partner closely with internal functions including Finance, Human Capital, Staffing, Marketing, Risk & Quality, and Operations to support business priorities. Identify opportunities to improve governance, operational efficiency, and ways of working across the Consulting practice. Lead or support practice-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Focused on Enabling Collaboration Across Consulting GTMs Serve as a central point of coordination across the various Consulting GTMs and capability teams within Indonesia. Drive collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams, helping create a connected and high-performing consulting organization. Facilitate cross-GTM initiatives, business development activities, and strategic programs that require coordination across multiple leadership teams. Support leadership in driving growth, talent development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives across the Consulting practice. Monitor progress on key business priorities and ensure accountability for execution across teams. Support the identification and sharing of best practices, market opportunities, and operational improvements across GTMs. Act as a connector between leadership and teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution of priorities. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: At least 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting, professional services, corporate strategy, business operations, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles. Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Strong understanding of consulting business operations, practice management, and business performance management. Exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with experience developing business insights, reporting, and executive presentations. Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, business acumen, and executive presence. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to execution excellence. Why PwC?
