Graphic Designer & Landing Page Developer (Conversion-Focused) – Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (EST Preferred) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Graphic Designer & Landing Page Developer to create high-performing marketing creatives and conversion-focused landing pages that drive measurable business results. This is more than a traditional design role. You’ll own both the creative and technical execution of marketing campaigns by designing digital assets, building responsive landing pages, and continuously optimizing user experiences to improve lead generation and conversion rates. If you enjoy combining creativity with performance marketing, understand user behavior, and can independently launch polished landing pages, this role is an excellent fit. What You’ll Own Creative Design Design high-converting marketing assets, including: Paid ad creatives Social media graphics Display banners Email graphics Promotional visuals Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns. Translate campaign messaging into compelling, performance-focused creative. Support marketing initiatives with engaging visual content. Landing Page Design & Development Design modern, responsive landing pages. Build and launch pages using: Webflow Framer Similar no-code/low-code platforms Optimize pages for: Desktop Tablet Mobile Independently manage projects from design through production. UX/UI & Conversion Optimization Improve layouts, user flows, and page structure to increase conversions. Apply UX/UI best practices across: Landing pages Forms Calls-to-action Visual hierarchy Support A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives. Continuously improve pages based on user behavior and campaign performance. Collaboration & Campaign Support Partner closely with: Marketing teams Copywriters Leadership Campaign stakeholders Execute creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Update and optimize existing landing pages and marketing assets. What Success Looks Like Landing pages launch quickly and accurately. Marketing creatives improve engagement and campaign performance. Pages are responsive, polished, and optimized for conversions. Brand consistency is maintained across all deliverables. Design work directly contributes to higher conversion rates and lead generation. What Makes You a Strong Fit You understand how design influences user behavior and conversions. You can independently design, build, and launch landing pages. You think in terms of: User journeys Funnels Engagement Performance You balance creativity with speed and execution. Required Experience & Skills Design & Creative Proficiency with one or more of: Figma Adobe XD Sketch Strong portfolio demonstrating: Landing pages Paid advertising creatives Digital marketing assets Conversion-focused design Strong understanding of: UX/UI principles Responsive design Visual hierarchy User behavior Landing Page Development Hands-on experience with: Webflow Framer Similar landing page builders Ability to independently: Design Build Launch Optimize landing pages Experience creating responsive, high-performing pages. Execution & Collaboration Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
