The team you will be part of The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time. The part you will play We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Video Production Associate responsible for executing high-quality social commerce video content across platforms such as TikTok and Shopee Live. The role serves as the aesthetic gatekeeper, ensuring strong visual composition, accurate skin-tone rendering, and consistent campaign execution, while staying attuned to emerging social and digital trends. As a Senior Video Production Associate, you will take charge of: Aesthetic Brand Gatekeeping: Establish and enforce visual guidelines across social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada), ensuring color palettes, pacing, and graphic layouts reflect each brand's DNA. High-Fidelity Camera & Lighting Setup: Configure and operate mirrorless production rigs (e.g., Sony A7S III, A7 IV, or equivalent systems) paired with specialized lighting arrays designed to capture skin texture, cosmetic details, and product consistency. High-Volume Post-Production: Manage end-to-end editing, color correction, and sound design for premium campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring fast turnarounds without sacrificing visual quality. Motion Graphics Integration: Utilize Adobe After Effects as an added benefit to design subtle, elegant motion typography, branded transitions, and lower-thirds that elevate the educational and promotional value of beauty and lifestyle assets. AI-generated Content: Proven experience incorporating Generative AI tools for both video and audio (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Gemini, Runway, Elevenlabs) into the creative workflow to accelerate storyboarding, visual concepting, and style-frame generation. Tech-Agile Mindset: A strong curiosity for emerging creative technologies, with the ability to build and share AI-prompting frameworks that help junior videographers reduce "work about work." Requirements What we are looking for - the ideal profile Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing work for beauty, hair, skincare, or lifestyle brands. Portfolio Standards: A strong showreel demonstrating clean camera movement, natural color rendering, precise skin-tone preservation, and highly polished social-first commercial edits. Software Toolset: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro is required. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion design, and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom for asset preparation, is highly valued. Hardware Mastery: Extensive experience operating prosumer mirrorless ecosystems (such as the Sony A7S III, A7 IV, or Canon R5) along with studio continuous LED lighting, beauty dishes, and multi-mic audio setups. Workflow Leadership: Ability to collaborate with content strategists, brief junior production associates, manage talent schedules, and guide creative execution under tight production deadlines.
