Marketing Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (PST Required) Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred – Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations, marketing execution, content coordination, and program administration. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys keeping projects organized, and ensures marketing, content, communication, and operational workflows run smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute campaigns, manage digital assets, maintain CRM systems, and support day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities Executive & Operations Support Manage calendars, scheduling, and communication workflows. Maintain project trackers and ensure timely follow-up on tasks. Identify workflow gaps and support operational improvements. Marketing & Social Media Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms. Manage community engagement and direct messages. Track engagement metrics and assist with paid campaign setup. Content & Program Management Edit short-form videos and create graphics using Canva and similar tools. Prepare and organize program materials, guides, workbooks, and digital assets. Maintain consistent branding across marketing content. CRM & Email Marketing Build and manage email campaigns using GoHighLevel or similar platforms. Execute outreach campaigns and participant follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking. Research & Administrative Support Research target audiences and build prospect lists. Support lead generation initiatives. Assist with website updates, reporting, and digital account management. Organize shared files, documentation, and business communications. Required Experience & Skills Experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or operations. Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses preferred. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace. Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClip, or similar. Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Excellent written English communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
