Charter Sales Executive – Private Aviation & High-Ticket Sales Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours + Rotating On-Call Coverage About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage inbound private aviation inquiries, close high-value charter bookings, and build long-term relationships with premium clients. This is a high-touch, relationship-driven sales role where speed, professionalism, and exceptional service directly impact revenue. You’ll guide clients from their initial flight request through booking and post-flight follow-up while coordinating closely with aviation operations teams. If you have experience in private aviation, luxury services, high-ticket sales, travel, hospitality, or relationship-based selling , we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Charter Sales & Client Management Manage and convert qualified inbound charter inquiries Understand client travel needs and recommend appropriate aircraft solutions Prepare quotes, discuss pricing, handle objections, and close bookings Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and corporate travelers Drive repeat business through proactive relationship management White-Glove Client Experience Deliver responsive, polished service throughout the client journey Communicate through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests professionally Maintain discretion and attention to detail with premium clientele Charter Coordination Coordinate aircraft selection, scheduling, pricing, and booking requirements Work closely with operations and aviation partners to ensure smooth execution Keep clients informed from booking confirmation through post-flight follow-up Participate in rotating on-call coverage when required CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotes, bookings, and client activity Track opportunities and follow-ups in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms Maintain clear pipeline visibility and organized client records What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or high-ticket client-facing roles Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Excellent spoken and written English Confident working with premium and high-value clients Strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through CRM experience Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment Nice to Have Private aviation or charter sales experience Luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, yacht charter, real estate, or other high-ticket sales experience Familiarity with Avinode or charter quoting platforms Knowledge of private aircraft categories and charter operations Understanding of Part 135 operations Experience serving high-net-worth clientele What Success Looks Like Strong inquiry-to-booking conversion rates Consistent charter revenue generation Fast response times to client inquiries High client satisfaction and repeat bookings Accurate CRM and pipeline management Strong long-term client relationships Why This Role Stands Out High-value, relationship-driven sales Exposure to the private aviation industry Work directly with executives, entrepreneurs, and luxury travelers Strong ownership of the client relationship Fully remote environment Growth opportunities into Senior Charter Sales, Sales Management, and Aviation Sales Leadership Interview Process Initial Application Review Spark Hire Intro Video Client Interview Offer & Onboarding What Happens After You Apply After applying, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to complete a short Intro Video.
