Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated SEO Specialist to join our talented Legal Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our clients' online presence and executing powerful search engine optimization strategies to help them climb the ranks on search engines. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and growth Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to produce insightful reports Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, optimized content that meets SEO best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies are cutting-edge Monitor and report on competitors' strategies, providing recommendations for improvement Assist in troubleshooting technical SEO issues to improve website performance Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives Requirements Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing highly preferred General understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategies Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive attitude with a passion for keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in working with CMS platforms like WordPress highly preferred Benefits Major medical insurance + vision + dental 6 PTO days per year (personal & sick days) 6 extra vacation days after 6 months Fun Fridays (2 Fridays per month = half days) Ongoing training Real growth opportunities Hybrid / Remote work
