Software Engineer (Python) We are seeking a motivated developer in the Fintech space with 1–4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem with practical Python skills to support integrations, data analysis, operational improvements, and payment-related product initiatives. This role is well suited for someone who has worked with payment providers, acquiring banks, payment gateways, digital wallets, or fintech platforms and wants to deepen their technical and business expertise. Key Responsibilities Work with APIs to integrate payment providers (PSPs) and fintech solutions. Assist in troubleshooting of payment-related issues Analyze transaction flows, payments and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams on payment initiatives. Generate reports and dashboards using payment and transaction data. Contribute to the evaluation and onboarding of new payment methods, providers, and fintech partners. Required Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or related fields. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data. Experience with SQL Experience with Python(Flask or django) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of PCI-DSS, Open Banking, or other payments-related regulations. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with payment fraud prevention and risk management concepts. Exposure to ETL processes, data pipelines, or workflow automation. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or related fields. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data. Experience with SQL Experience with Python(Flask or django) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
