You'll develop relationships with senior finance decision-makers including CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Accounting and Procurement leaders, helping customers modernize their finance operations through digital transformation. You'll work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to own the Norwegian market, across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, for both product lines. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role where you'll have significant autonomy while collaborating with an experienced international commercial team. Your impact: Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Rydoo across Norway Full sales cycle management, discovery through negotiation and close Selling both AP and Expense Management solutions into finance orgs Multi-stakeholder deals spanning Finance, IT, Procurement and Legal Account strategy, stakeholder mapping and expansion planning Accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce Requirements 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS with a consistent track record Proven ability to manage and prioritise a pipeline, accelerating sales cycles to deliver against quarterly and annual revenue goals Skilled in solution selling, with experience engaging technical and business stakeholders across multiple levels (from practitioners to C-suite) Negotiation skills with a track record of closing mid-to-large deals Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting Nice to have Previous experience in ERP, AP or Expense Management environments Familiarity with our target persona: CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Accounting and Procurement Comfortable leveraging AI-powered sales tools to improve prospecting, call preparation, and deal reviews What to expect Introductory call: a conversation to learn about your background and motivations, and to answer your questions about Rydoo, the team, and the role. Business interview: meet the hiring manager to discuss your experience, problem‑solving approach and impact. Case Study: you'll build and present your approach for the Norwegian territory (prospecting strategy, account prioritization, and how you'd position AP and Expense Management to a finance buyer), followed by Q&A with the hiring team.
