Technical Recruiter (Software Company)

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America. The responsibilities of this position are: Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs. Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to our clients. Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process. Hold interviews in Spanish. Hold interviews in English. Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually. Implement strategies for employer branding. Requirements + 3 years experience with full-cycle recruiting Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.). Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills. Full-time availability. Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages. Nice to Have Negotiation skills. Experience working with US companies.
