Operations Manager – Property Management Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours Location: LATAM | Supporting Miami & Orlando, Florida About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing U.S.-based residential property management company. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role — not a training or entry-level management position . You’ll lead a six-person team across leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development while ensuring properties, people, and processes perform consistently. We’re looking for someone with proven property management experience who can lead teams, manage owner relationships, drive accountability, and make decisions independently. What You’ll Own Property Management Operations Oversee leasing, vacancies, unit turns, renewals, and rental increases Manage maintenance coordination and vendor performance Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes Ensure property inspections and operational deadlines are completed on time Maintain strong operational performance across Miami and Orlando portfolios Team Leadership & Accountability Lead and manage a team of 6 employees Establish KPIs, expectations, and performance standards Hold team members accountable for results and deadlines Conduct coaching and performance reviews Remove operational roadblocks and improve team execution Property Owner & Client Relations Serve as a key point of contact for property owners Provide proactive portfolio and operational updates Handle escalations professionally and confidently Maintain strong owner relationships and support client retention Performance & Process Improvement Monitor portfolio and operational KPIs Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows Ensure consistent processes across markets Partner with leadership on growth and operational initiatives What We’re Looking For 5+ years of property management experience 2+ years managing teams within a property management company Hands-on experience with: Leasing & vacancy management Unit turns Maintenance coordination Rent collections Lease renewals Evictions Owner relations Experience working directly with property owners Experience leading remote teams Fluent English and Spanish Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Availability during U.S. EST business hours Strongly Preferred Residential property management experience Multi-market operations experience Buildium QuickBooks Monday.com What Success Looks Like Strong team accountability and execution Reduced vacancies and efficient unit turns Timely collections, renewals, inspections, and maintenance High owner satisfaction and retention Reliable performance across Miami and Orlando Clear KPIs and operational visibility Fewer escalations through proactive problem-solving Why Join?
