This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on: Ruby on Rails development Backend systems and REST APIs PostgreSQL / MySQL Background jobs with Sidekiq or Resque Application performance and scalability Testing and code quality Third-party integrations Production reliability You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to ship secure, scalable, and maintainable features.
