Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks, Reconciliation & Multi-Entity Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities. This is a hands-on financial operations role — not basic bookkeeping. You’ll ensure financial data stays accurate, organized, and reliable , while identifying discrepancies and improving reporting workflows. If you’re strong with QuickBooks, reconciliations, and Google Sheets/Excel and naturally spot inconsistencies in financial data, this role is a strong fit.
