Role Overview The Field Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing on-ground marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires someone who is energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and clean energy. You will be the face of our brand in the field, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and customer outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing initiatives including roadshows, events, site activations, and partner programs. Support sales team in regional lead generation activities and customer outreach. Manage and update customer data, campaign activities, and lead progress using Salesforce CRM. Track, analyse, and report on field activity performance, lead quality, and conversion insights through Salesforce dashboards. Distribute marketing materials and ensure accurate brand representation across all touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and digital marketing teams to align field activities with broader campaign goals. Track, analyse, and report on field marketing performance, lead quality, and on-ground insights to provide valuable customer and market feedback for continuous campaign improvement. Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and corporate policies. Build and maintain relationships with partners, local stakeholders, and event organizers. Stay updated and gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence from the field. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B customer engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage. Able to travel and work on weekends when needed (event-based).
