Sales Operations & Automation Intern About the Role We are looking for a Sales Operations & Automation Intern to support our Sales Operations team with HubSpot, data management, reporting and process automation. This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in Data Analytics, CRM and automation and wants to gain hands-on experience working with real business processes. What You'll Do Support day-to-day HubSpot CRM updates and maintenance Help maintain and organize sales data and ensure information is accurate Assist with Excel reports, data analysis and basic dashboards Support HubSpot workflow and automation setup and testing Help with data cleaning, duplicate checking and field mapping Assist in testing new HubSpot processes before they go live Help document SOPs and step-by-step processes Support the Sales Operations team with ad-hoc data and reporting tasks Learn and assist with identifying manual processes that can be automated What We're Looking For Must-haves: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data Interested in Data Analytics, CRM or Automation Willingness to learn HubSpot and new tools Good communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and follow processes Nice-to-haves: Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM Familiarity with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, etc. Basic understanding of data analysis Interest in automation or AI tools What You'll Learn During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in: HubSpot CRM & workflows Sales Operations Data Analytics & reporting Excel and data management CRM automation Process improvement and SOP documentation AI and automation tools What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship, you should be able to: Confidently manage basic HubSpot and CRM tasks Work independently with Excel and sales data Understand our sales processes and SOPs Assist with HubSpot automation and testing Identify simple manual processes that can be improved or automated
