Sales Service Representative – Vietnamese-Speaking | Inbound Sales & Customer Service Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Vietnam Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients, a debt settlement company serving customers across the United States and Canada , is hiring a Vietnamese-Speaking Sales Service Representative to support prospective clients seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions. This is a client-facing inbound sales and customer service role . You’ll primarily speak with people who have already expressed interest in the company’s services, understand their financial needs, explain available solutions, and help them confidently take the next step. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with empathy, active listening, and excellent customer service . If you are fluent in Vietnamese and English , confident speaking with customers over the phone, and comfortable working U.S. business hours from Vietnam , this could be a strong fit. What You’ll Own Inbound Sales & Client Communication Handle inbound calls from prospective clients interested in: Debt settlement Debt consolidation Financial relief solutions You’ll: Respond professionally and confidently to client inquiries. Understand each prospect’s financial situation, needs, and concerns. Clearly explain company services and available options. Build trust and rapport through consultative conversations. Answer questions accurately and professionally. Recommend appropriate solutions based on the client’s circumstances. Guide qualified prospects toward the appropriate next step. Lead Follow-Up & Outbound Communication Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects generated through company marketing and lead-generation channels. You’ll: Contact new and existing leads promptly. Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed. Re-engage prospects who have not yet made a decision. Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Track next steps and follow-up commitments. Ensure interested prospects do not fall through the cracks. Relationship-Based Sales This role requires more than simply answering calls. You’ll need to: Build credibility quickly. Ask thoughtful questions. Listen carefully to client concerns. Understand financial pain points. Explain solutions without overwhelming the client. Handle objections professionally. Balance sales goals with a supportive customer experience. Because conversations may involve sensitive financial circumstances, professionalism, discretion, and empathy are essential. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain complete and accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM. Track: Calls Client conversations Lead status Follow-up activities Notes Next steps Sales progress Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure information is accurate, current, and properly documented. Team Collaboration Work closely with sales and customer service teams to: Achieve individual and company performance goals. Coordinate client follow-ups. Share customer feedback and recurring concerns. Improve the overall client experience. Stay informed about company services and updates. Required Experience & Skills Must-Have Fluency in Vietnamese and English , both spoken and written. Strong verbal communication and phone skills. Previous experience in one or more of the following: Sales Inside sales Customer service Call center Client-facing roles Strong active listening and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain information clearly and confidently. Comfortable conducting both inbound and outbound calls. Experience using CRM systems or customer management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to work U.S. business hours from Vietnam . Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup. Preferred Experience Candidates will stand out if they have experience in: Debt settlement Debt consolidation Consumer finance Lending Financial services High-volume call centers Consultative sales Lead conversion U.S. or Canadian customer service Previous financial services experience is preferred but not required . Keep detailed and accurate CRM records. Take ownership of the client experience from first conversation through the next step. What a Typical Day Looks Like Your day may include: Answering inbound calls from prospective clients. Speaking with Vietnamese- and English-speaking customers. Understanding client financial circumstances and needs. Explaining debt settlement and debt consolidation services. Following up with warm leads. Making outbound calls to prospects when required. Handling questions and objections. Updating CRM records after each interaction. Tracking follow-ups and next steps. Collaborating with sales and customer service team members. Monitoring progress toward sales and service goals. In short: you help interested clients understand their options, build confidence in the company’s services, and move forward through a professional, empathetic, and sales-focused experience. Any background in financial services, lending, debt settlement, debt consolidation, or similar industries. The CRM systems you have used. How you build trust with a customer during the first few minutes of a call. How you handle a prospect who is interested but hesitant to move forward. How you approach sensitive conversations involving a customer’s financial difficulties. An example of a time you successfully converted an interested prospect into a customer. Your previous sales targets or KPIs and how you performed against them. Your availability to work U.S. business hours while based in Vietnam. Keep your responses clear, concise, and specific . Where possible, include measurable results such as conversion rates, sales targets, call volumes, or performance against quota.
